Kids Across America
Transforming youth to impact their communities for Jesus Christ.
At Kids Across America, they build Christian leaders by encouraging, equipping, and empowering youth and their mentors through camping and education. Located outside Golden, MO, area kids spend a full week at camp. For some camp is their first time away from home.
Pine Cove
Camp in the City
First – sixth grade campers jump high, dance silly, adventure big, and learn all about Jesus Christ.
They experience Jesus through Bible study, worship, and time with their counselor! This day camp is Monday – Friday and campers go home at the end of each day. Younger children experience camp without leaving Dallas.
Camp
Counselors
Pine Cove Camp in the City counselors come from all over the country to work with the almost 400 children attending camp.
Counselors stay with area families who provide them breakfast and dinner. Feed Lake Highlands provides healthy, delicious lunches and snacks and hosts the welcome and thank you parties.

Why Camp Matters
Summer camp plays a key role in transforming the lives of young people. Campers are empowered and equipped with leadership skills that will serve them throughout their lives.
We asked some of our bowlers why they love camp.
Check out what they had to say!

Aby, Age 13
7th Grade
We learn more about God. We get to meet new friends and have so much fun! We can go to the water activities. See friends you know and new friends.

Osvaldo, Age 12

I want to go to KAA Camp to have lots of fun and forget everything. The thing I really want to do is go tubing.

I am really excited to go to KAA because I love camps and making new friends and I also love the outdoors. I have also heard that it’s super fun and there are water activities and other fun stuff. That’s why I am excited to go to KAA.

Keitlin, Age 11
5th Grade
I like camp because you get to learn more about God and what He did for us. I get to meet new people and get to know them more. I also want to have a great time at camp and have a great week.

Munashe, Age 9
3rd Grade
I love going to camp because it is really fun and we learn about Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior. When we do slip and slide they talk about how we slip and slide out of God’s presence. There are also plays, cheers and the campers even work together.

Sophia, Age 8
3rd Grade
I want to go to camp because we have a lot of fun there. We play water games and have fun with our camp teachers and everybody else.
Happy Campers
I think camp showed me what it is really like to be wrppped up in Jesus without fear of what others would think of you. It helps to have all the tools they give you when you get back home. KAA makes you dig deeper into your relationship with God. It become more personal. It’s an unforgetable mountain top experience.
- DanielleCamp taught me to be a leader. The lessons they teach about God and Jesus spoke to me. The more I learned, the more my heart opened. It helped me to go year after year because the more I went, the more I learned. The more I learned, the stronger I became!
- DwayneFrom camper to counselor year after year my love for camp was unchanged. The desire to love God and love God’s people is contagious around there! KAA isn’t only a camp — it’s a home. From going as a child as a camper to working there now as a counselor, I have grown tremendously in my Christian walk. KAA is a village raising a child.
